What we collect

When you request a call, we collect your name, phone number and state. We also record the page you visited, the advertising campaign that brought you to our site, the time of your request and the exact permission wording you agreed to.

How we use it

We use your information to have a licensed agent contact you about final expense insurance, to keep records of your consent and to measure which advertising works. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Your request is shared with our licensed agents through our lead management system. We do not share health information or policy details with advertising platforms.

Cookies and advertising

With your permission, our request pages use cookies and a tag from AdRoll, an advertising company, to measure our ads and show our ads to you on other websites. AdRoll receives information such as the page address you visited (without campaign codes), your browser and device details, and whether you completed a call request. We do not send AdRoll your name, phone number, state, health details or insurance details, and we do not use email or customer matching.

AdRoll stays off until you choose Accept. Rejecting has no effect on your ability to request a call, and the phone contact permission on our form is separate from this choice. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of any page; withdrawing stops future AdRoll activity on our site, but it does not remove cookies AdRoll already set, which you can clear in your browser. Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling your agent, replying STOP to a text message or emailing adam@tlfinalexpense.com. You can also ask us to access or delete your information.
